Stay Classy Chicago

Growing up a Cubs fan, Rod Beck was one of my favorite players: a regular guy who could save 50 games in a season. Beck is character you don't find in today's neutered clubhouses. He had his demons, but they were his. Beck wasn't out biting people at a strip club, taking steroids, collecting more guns than the U.S. Army or brandinshing a weapon at a McDonald's. Beck was a man who lived life the way he wanted and everyone that met him loved him; I wish I had the chance.

R.I.P Rod Beck

Kudo's to the Bears for setting a precedent that I hope the rest of the league follows. Releasing Tank Johnson was a good move (although a little late) by a classy organization. As for Tank, I hope he gets his life together.

Good Bye Tank Johnson
